It is a common experience that when we are not in a relationship we tend to be in shape, but once we are in a relationship that’s when the problems creep in, body loses its shape and waist-line starts to increase, ever thought about it? If your answer is yes, don’t worry, you’re not alone. Many people devote all their time with partners getting romantic with them, loving them and spending time together on a couch, eating out at passionate a date, which in turn leads to depositing of excessive fat in the body. The good news is that you can have an ideal figure if both of you act smart without having to end the cozy relationship.
There is nothing more romantic than breakfast in bed or candlelit dinners. However, you should watch what you eat, because even though there is nothing wrong with being extremely passionate about your partner but this sort of romance may pose some serious threats to heart, in literal meaning of words. Make sure you avoid the cholesterol filled egg and nutrition deficient bread, and go for low carb toast with a strawberry jam spread on it and egg white with some veggies for your breakfast. And as for those candlelit dinners, skip pastas, potatoes and heavy sauces and opt for delicious seafood and colorful salads that will fill you up without clogging your arteries.
Nutritious eating is not the only important thing you should be doing together. Staying in bed all Sunday, snuggling on the couch with a movie on Tuesday nights or driving to your favorite coffee house on Saturday mornings sounds lovely, but you’ll be much better off spending your time together at it more actively. If you feel like a lazy Sunday, how about a picnic on the beach or in the park? Besides taking your normal picnic objects like sheets, pita sandwiches and juice, you should also carry something that would make work a little while enjoying the fresh air; for instance, a baseball and a glove, badminton, or a Frisbee. Instead of a movie night on the couch you can choose a movie at the theater, to which you could walk instead of driving, and as for the coffee house you could skip the car and ride bikes. All that would mean that you would be taking steps towards getting healthy and at the same time spending more time together.
It’s a common thing meeting other partners in gatherings and social events, and on parties. You should figure out the ways to improve your body shape while you decide on it. You might notice that there are other couples who may look fit than you, try to implement their methods to get in a good shape. You should prefer to walk if invited by the couple who don’t live that far from your place. Prefer the nutritious food, such as,
pita bread in your bread pudding, and healthier options like grilling in place of frying, whenever you to get your own food, or when the host is, and only prepare that much as would be needed and not in huge amounts that you would be forced to eat it later.
When you’re with somebody you get comfortable and snuggly, and that often leads to getting a bit soft here and there. Spoiling yourself and forgetting your body is not sensible, even if your love doesn’t mind you being a bit plump. Feeling good is as important as looking good, and you can only feel good when you are in good shape, and don’t have any weight problems.
